Warm Brie with Apricot Preserves & Almonds

Cut the top off a round of Brie, and put in 350F oven on pie plate for 10 to 15 minutes.

Put enough apricot preserves to cover.  Sprinkle toasted almonds on the preserves.  (You can use any kind of preserves and/or nuts for this recipe.)

Serve with fresh baguettes or crackers.
