SMOKED SALMON PATE

 

INGREDIENTS: 

½ lb Smoked Salmon
½ cup light Cream Cheese
2 Tbsp. light Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
¼ cup Green Onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. fresh Dill, chopped
¼ tsp. Pepper 

DIRECTIONS:  

In food processor, puree salmon, cream cheese, mayonnaise & lemon juice until smooth.

Mix in onions, dill & pepper.

Serve smoked salmon pâté with pumpernickel bread or crackers, or on cucumber slices.  Garnish with fresh dill or green onions.
