Graham Cracker Crisps

Ingredients

1 Stick Butter  
1 Cup Brown Sugar  
Finely chopped nuts  
Graham Crackers (as many as needed to line pan)  

 

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350°.
Be sure to use either a jelly pan or another 4-sided pan to prevent boil-over in the oven.
 
Break up graham crackers (I use Honeymaid) into 4's & line the bottom of the pan.
 
Bring sugar & butter to a boil on top of stove. 
Boil 1 minute.
Pour butter & sugar mixture over graham crackers & spread.
Dust with chopped nuts.

Cook for 10 minutes at 350°.

Cool individually on wire rack.
