Feta Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  8 oz. feta cheese
2 tsp. thyme
2 tsp. fresh oregano
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. ginger
  1/2 tsp. red pepper
2 or 3 chopped scallions
small red pepper
1 tomato, chopped
1/4 cup olive oil
       
       

 

Preparation

Finely chop or crumble cheese.  Spread in shallow dish & sprinkle with herbs.
Then sprinkle scallions, red peppers & tomatoes.
Finely drizzle olive oil over mixture.

Cut soft, thick pita bread into triangles (approximately 8 pieces) & serve.
