Apple Cranberry Pudding

 

2 cups of cranberries
4 - 5 apples, peeled and sliced
½ cup of sugar

1st step:  Mix all the above ingredients and put into a buttered (greased) dish or pan.

Paste:
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 to 1½ stick of non-salted butter, melted

2nd step:  Mix all the above ingredients until you get a uniform paste mix, and cover the fruit mix with it.

Bake at 350F for 50 - 60 minutes, or more.  Make sure that the pudding is not too liquid before you take it out of the oven.  The cooking time may vary according to the size & depth of your pan/dish.
